All items returned must be unworn with tags attached. Shoes must be in original box. Intimates, swimwear, and sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. Merchandise must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt. Original shipping & handling charges are non-refundable.
We have recently updated our return process and you can now request a return label! Requesting and using one of our return labels will deduct $7 from your refund total. Please read ahead on instructions to use a pre-paid mailing label. There is also an option to return using your own method which will not incur any return cost.
RETURN USING PRE-PAID LABEL:
1. Log in to your account using this link (copy & paste):
- In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter the six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request return.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. Please use this label to mail the product(s) back to us. After the product is returned and approved, you will receive a refund. The refund amount will have the charge of the $7 shipping label deducted.
RETURN VIA MAIL OF YOUR CHOICE:
Place the item(s) and original invoice inside a mailer of your choice. Pay for postage & send to the following address:

Please allow 3-5 business days after we receive your package for your return to be processed. Once processed, you will receive an email confirmation.
