SHIPPING POLICY
USPS Standard Shipping
- All domestic orders ship via USPS Standard shipping: $7, takes 2-5 business days to deliver once the order is processed. Please allow 1-2 days for processing, though most orders ship the next day.
- Domestic orders over $100 get free standard shipping!
USPS Express Shipping
- USPS Express Shipping: $12, will usually arrive within 2-3 business days once the order is processed. Please allow 1-2 days for processing, though most orders ship the next day.
IN-STORE PICK-UP
FREE - please wait to receive an email that your item is ready to be picked up. All pick up orders are expected to be picked up within 7 days, we will then send a pick up reminder. If items are not picked up within 30 days, we will hold onto order but items are no longer eligible for return per our return policy. If items are not picked up within 60 days items will be donated.

- You will receive an email once your order has been received and once it has been shipped with tracking info!
NINA + LEIGH RETURN POLICY
All items returned must be unworn with tags attached. Shoes must be in original box. Intimates and sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. Merchandise must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt. Original shipping & handling charges are non-refundable.
To return, you can request a return label. Requesting and using one of our return labels will deduct $7 from your refund total. Please read ahead on instructions to use a pre-paid mailing label. There is also an option to return using your own method which will not incur any return cost.
Return Using Pre-Paid Label:

Log in to your account
- In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter the six-digit verification code.
- Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click Request return.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. Please use this label to mail the product(s) back to us. After the product is returned and approved, you will receive a refund. The refund amount will have the charge of the $7 shipping label deducted.
Return Via Carrier of Your Choice:
Place the item(s) and original invoice inside a mailer of your choice. Pay for postage & send to the following address:

Return processing:
Please allow 3-5 business days after we receive your package for your return to be processed. Once processed, you will receive an email confirmation.
In-store returns:
Items purchased online may be returned in store.

Once placed we are unable to cancel or modify orders. If you change your mind and have not yet received an email regarding your order being shipped, please email candice@shopninaleigh.com to request a cancellation. Cancellations are not guaranteed. If you need to edit an order (like an address update), we may be able to assist if your order has not yet shipped. Please email candice@shopninaleigh.com to request any order edits.
