Sales Lead
Nina + Leigh | Halcyon
We’re looking for a motivated, style-driven Sales Lead to join our team at Nina + Leigh.
This role goes beyond traditional retail—you’ll be a key part of the in-store experience, helping customers feel confident in what they’re wearing while supporting the day-to-day flow of the store.

What You’ll Do
• Style customers and deliver a personalized, elevated shopping experience
• Maintain and merchandise the sales floor and mannequins with a strong visual eye
• Support daily sales goals and contribute to overall store performance
• Assist with social media tasks and in-store content when needed
• Help manage inventory, shipments, and restocks
• Open and close the store, ensuring everything runs smoothly
What We’re Looking For
• A strong sense of style and interest in fashion + trends
• Friendly, confident, and comfortable engaging with customers
• Reliable, responsible, and able to take initiative
• Interest in social media and content creation is a plus
• Prior retail experience preferred

• Must have evening and weekend availability

Social Media & Marketing Assistant (with Growth into Sales Lead)
Nina + Leigh | Halcyon
We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Social Media & Marketing Assistant to join our team at Nina + Leigh.
This role is hands-on and fast-paced, focused on bringing our weekly new arrivals and in-store experiences to life through content, storytelling, and execution.
If you love fashion, have a strong eye for aesthetics, and understand how to create content that actually connects (not just posts for the sake of posting), we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
• Plan and post daily Instagram content (feed + stories)
• Assist with weekly photoshoots (styling, shooting, content planning)
• Create Reels and short-form video content for launches and promos
• Write captions that feel on-brand, clean, and not overly “salesy”
• Help execute weekly product drops and marketing emails
• Capture in-store content during events, busy weekends, and new arrivals
• Support in-store operations and customer experience as needed
Opportunity to Grow
For the right candidate, this role can expand into a Sales Lead position, including:
• Supporting floor leadership and daily store operations
• Helping manage team flow during busy shifts and events
• Taking on additional responsibility within the store
What We’re Looking For
• Strong sense of style and visual direction
• Experience with Instagram, Reels, and basic editing apps (CapCut, InShot, etc.)
• Someone who is proactive and can take initiative without constant direction
• Organized and able to keep up with a weekly content schedule
• Comfortable working both behind the scenes and on the sales floor
• Positive, team-oriented, and excited to grow with a small business
Bonus (not required)
• Comfortable being on camera/modeling for content
• Photography or videography experience
• Retail or leadership experience
Schedule & Details
• Part-time (with potential to grow)
• Mix of content days and in-store shifts (including some weekends)
• Based at Nina + Leigh in Halcyon
