What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations. Email us at candice@shopninaleigh.com as soon as possible.

How long does shipping take?

Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping usually arrives within 3–5 business days once shipped.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100.

Can I pick up my order in store?

Yes—just select “In-Store Pickup” at checkout. We’ll email you when your order is ready, usually within 24 hours.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags attached and receipt handy. Sale items cannot be returned.

How do I start a return?

How do I know what size to order?

Each product includes fit notes in the description. If you’re between sizes or unsure, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help.

Do you offer a size guide?

Because we carry so many different brands, we do not have a generic size guide. Fit notes are listed in the description of all products instead.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes, we offer digital gift cards in multiple denominations.

Our current hours are:

    • Monday - Saturday 10am-9pm
    • Sunday 12pm-6pm

Are all items final sale?

All sale items are final sale. All other items follow our standard return policy.

Can I use multiple discount codes?

Only one discount or promo code can be applied per order.

Do you restock sold-out items?

We restock select bestsellers when available. If something’s sold out, sign up for restock alerts on the product page or email us to check.

Do you offer private shopping or styling appointments?

Yes. Reach out to us to schedule a one-on-one shopping session in-store—we’re happy to help with styling or gift selection.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within the U.S. only.
