Sales Lead
Nina + Leigh | Halcyon

We’re looking for a motivated, style-driven Sales Lead to join our team at Nina + Leigh.

This role goes beyond traditional retail—you’ll be a key part of the in-store experience, helping customers feel confident in what they’re wearing while supporting the day-to-day flow of the store.

If you love styling, connecting with people, and being part of a fast-paced boutique environment, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do
• Style customers and deliver a personalized, elevated shopping experience
• Maintain and merchandise the sales floor and mannequins with a strong visual eye
• Support daily sales goals and contribute to overall store performance
• Assist with social media tasks and in-store content when needed
• Help manage inventory, shipments, and restocks
• Open and close the store, ensuring everything runs smoothly

What We’re Looking For
• A strong sense of style and interest in fashion + trends
• Friendly, confident, and comfortable engaging with customers
• Reliable, responsible, and able to take initiative
• Interest in social media and content creation is a plus
• Prior retail experience preferred

Availability
• Must be 18+
• Must have evening and weekend availability
